CPIC Fast Track_BY20_Release 1

This release of the OPPM CPIC Fast Track is the rollover package and updated SubItemSummarizationUtility map file. All of the BY20 objects have been created based on the BY19 guidance.  All of the BY19 forms have been set to read-only and have instructions to view them against the “BY19 Final Passback Version” set to the date 01/10/2018 (if you need assistance tying this version to a different date or setting up a new version, let me know).  Because of this, I’m not going to include a “What’s New” document.  The validations have been updated since the annual submission and the
