How to add existing Gift Certificate Id in Xstore POS version 16

Hello Support,

I have predefined Gift certificate Id's,  now I need to use this ID's and issue to store Employee or customer.

I disable the automatic  generation of Certificate id for Gift certificate program in VoucherConfig.xml  <AutoGenerateSerial dtype="Boolean">false</AutoGenerateSerial>.

after above that process I need to enter what I have the Gift certificate id, for this please help how can i add this certificate. Once I entered It's getting invalid Gift Id Voucher.
