Applying status changes going forward - RPAS

Good day all :-)

Can someone please point me in the right direction with this calc :

I'm doing location planning in RPAS. I need to set the store status. When the user sets store status to say NEW, it will stay as such for 52 weeks and in the 53rd week become comp

How do i achieve that in RPAS config?

Also, if we add new time half way through a 52 week period - i would need to calculate how many weeks it has already been new, then calculate the balance forward and then in the 53rd week of being new, it changes to comp and then applies that comp status to all weeks going forward.
