Mass move feature under Material Workbench

Hi all,

I just noticed there is a functionality to perform a mass move. So you can open material workbench and go to tools > Mass move. See screenshot attached.

Weare in R12.1.3 although not sure if this was available already in R11i.

However if i click on it, it does not do anything so it seems it does not work at all. Do you know what could be the reason? and can anyone explain how this works? I just read from oracle user guide what is it for...
