Net-Net OS E-Cz8 could not handle cpu pinning on kvm

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Customer is using latest libvirt, kvm on debian 9. Net-Net OS alwas pins its virtual CPU on only 1 physical core. During boot it will print out

"No isolated cores: Using core 3 as isolated core"

Customers NUMA hardware

numa hardware:

Can someone please assist in how to correct the error? I am attaching the snapshot also of the error message.
