Create Report to tell Database PSU Across Multiple Nodes

I was wondering if someone could assist with creating a report in OEM that tells what the current database patch set is.

Basically running this command:

su - oracle

export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory | grep description
