F03B40 Deduction Status (PSDD) not reflecting in P03B40

When I review data in P03B40 and use the radio buttons for All, Open, or Closed, I'm getting false open records.  When I query the table and look for PSDD = Blank or 0, I get a much more reasonable count and open value compared to when I inquire in P03B40 with radio button = Open.

Is there a way to sync up the data in the P03B40 to properly read the deduction status?
