FSG reports not working because FSG Templates is missing British English Language after applying pat

FSG templates needs to be recreated 1 by 1 using the new American English language, and then the related FSG report will work.  Is there a quicker way to do this?

I have heard of Template Migration concurrent program which seems to be related to FSG report templates.  Can this be used to migrate our 100++ FSG templates?
