Transmit XML PO to OSN getting SSL Handshake Error

Some of the transactions failed at XML Gateway, can't transmit PO to Suppliers, neither to OSN.  SSL Handshake Error occurred on certain POs within same supplier, I have tried to resend document but didn't work. We are using SHA2, so does the supplier.  Have you experienced this issue before, can anyone assist to rectify the root cause please?
