Getting an error while inactivate the contact

Back Ground of the Issue :

We have an issue, when we try to update the supplier contact details it throwing and error ORA-01427: single-row sub query returns more than one row. Oracle Support Provided the Patch 20366092:R12.POS.B to fix the issue.  After applying the Patch issue has been resolved and we got new issue, that is when we try to update the Supplier contact details we could see duplicate record in the application. If we try to inactive one of them its throwing an error like below

If you inactivate the contact then all the supplier site contacts linked to this contact will also be inactivated. In addition, inactivation of this contact may affect other applications that are using the contact for non-purchasing related activities. Are you sure you want to remove the contact? Please Provide your inputs.
