Category Default values

Hi,

We have Default category set as Miscellaneous. Miscellaneous.

Now we also have other value defined as Miscellaneous. Miscellaneous,

as attached in document.

even after disabling , we are able to see Default Category Miscellaneous.Miscellaneous

Now is there any way to disable or rename the Default Category.. ? or assign different Name for Default.

Can anyone let us know how to handle.
