Inventory PR/PO with Project

Dear Experts,

I have two queries:

1) If we enable Project Manufacturing module at later stage any impact to already used system from Inventory module, from the Master data point of view?

    -like do we have to recreate all of our existing Inventory orgs which were created if decide to use PJM now?

    -any other core master setup issues generally speaking?

  

We intend to use PJM to raise Inv PR/PO with project/task info. Until now, we are not using PJM, but only Inventory module and projects modules.

2) By PJM we wanted to see the Inventory PRs as commitments in Projects until paid/received. I hope this won't be an issue if PJM implemented right?
