Dispatch Center - View technician location on Map - Unresolved

Hello,

When we view the technician location on Google map, some technicians are n't displayed in map & show up in unresolved tab (screenshots attached).

We are not able to view these techs on Map (navigation: Dispatch Center Form: Tools1-> View all territory tasks and technician location on Map).

When I click on the technician name in plan board and view technician location on Map, I am able to see the technician (though tech appears under unresolved tab). What does this happen & how to debug this?
