Audit need: oracle receivables report listing the balance as of year end 09/30/17 that includes all

Hello,

We are in need of an Oracle AR report that contains the balance of a specific AR Account as of a specific time (09/30/17). This report should include all Invoices or AR Transactions that make up the balance.

Does anyone know of a standard oracle report that can be used or an alternative query?
