Group Discount - Calculation Method: Fixed Amount issue

Hi All,

I created a Group discount with calculation method : Fixed amount 10$ -- see below screenshot

What we want to achieve is to give to customer 10$ off from his bill for a purchase of $50 before taxes.

Deployment created and sent to store. Successfully processed and applied to store.

Start date changed in local database for this discount to be available for tests.

Message received when group discount selected in drop down list : "The selected discount may not be applied to any items" -- see below screenshot

It is a different way to create this discount?

At transaction level is everything well.
