WCP manager server is not starting

Hi,

I am having problems starting the WCP managed server. Bellow is the error from the logs:

In the WC_Portal.out it gets stuck to the lines:

<06-Feb-2018, 4:14:22,540 PM GMT> <Notice> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000365> <Server state changed to STARTING.>

<06-Feb-2018, 4:14:22,688 PM GMT> <Notice> <Log Management> <BEA-170036> <The Logging monitoring service timer has started to check for logged message counts every 30 seconds.>

<06-Feb-2018, 4:14:22,707 PM GMT> <Notice> <Log Management> <BEA-170032> <The Server has detected ODL configuration for java.util.logging. The PlatformLoggerLevels attribute configuration on the LogMBean will be ignored.>

<06-Feb-2018, 4:14:47,551 PM GMT> <Warning> <J2EE> <BEA-160195> <The application version lifecycle event listener oracle.security.jps.wls.listeners.JpsAppVersionLifecycleListener is ignored because the application webcenter is not versioned.>
