Delete a Vnic from a vm

edited Feb 17, 2018 4:05AM in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

In ovmm 3.4.4 I would like to change the vnic of a running  vm. Essentially update the vlan on It or ideally delete and re-add the vnic on a different vlan.
it  gives me an error.

I did't want to take an outage on the vms to do this change.  Is there another way of updating the VM?

OVM> delete vnic id=0004fb0000070000ce3be04ec1b9f9fb

Command: delete vnic id=0004fb0000070000ce3be04ec1b9f9fb
