P08334 Enrollment With Eligibility Issues with Disappearing Dates

Hello Community!

I am experiencing issues in the P08334 Enrollment With Eligibility in 9.1. When I make a change to an active/elected plan (such as going to Change Amt/Rate), the system unexpectedly (and without warning) removes the Date Eligible or Enrollment Dates from other plans in that category. It gives no warning and does not say it's recalculating eligibility for those plans. When I hit submit and come back to review everything, the Date Eligible and/or Enrollment Dates for plans I did not touch are removed/blank. Strangely, nothing on the EE DBA Instructions is affected, but it's still very strange and I'd like to figure out if this is a bug in the P08334 or what.
