PO Reversal - P43214

In JDE 9.0 , when trying to do the PO reversal, the line is selected and also I get the popup message to click OK, but the lines is not actually reversed. Please advice. Order status was in 400-999 and the it as 3 lines ( with line type 'SS' , 'N' , 'FF') system allowing me to reversal the line # 1 with line type 'SS' but not the other 2 lines. Pls advice
