Dear all,

I'm looking for a way to export a list of SRs handled under my team. SI number will be across multiple customers and the owners are multiple.

Products is also separated because multi products are covered.

Also I want to include information regarding status, open or closed.

I tried using function "Export to XLS(Excel) under Service Request) but couldn't get result with my expectation.

Would someone give idea or DOC if "How to" is already explained?
