Query regarding "CVE-2012-1675 TNS Listener Poison Attack"

Hello Experts,

We have 11.2.0.2 RAC exadata environment and we are getting the vulnerability alert   "CVE-2012-1675 TNS Listener Poison Attack"

We have tried to implement TCPS (workaround)as per  document ( Doc ID 1340831.1 ).

>>Our servers are not exposed to internet,so shall we ignore this CVE-2012-1675 vulnerability?Please confirm.

>>If not what are the probable risks with this.

>>As per below URL,11.2.0.4 version also included in affected version.

>>Does it fixed in 12c release?Please confirm.If so We can plan 12c upgradation accordingly.
