Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to enter begin balances for budget for assets and liabilities accounts?

Hi,

I would like to ask you, if there is a possibility to enter/to plan begin balances for budget for assets and liabilities accounts?

Customer wants to plan for all accounts for whole year.
