Oracle GL Flexfield Qualifers

Dear Members,

Can someone explain me clearly for use of Secondary Tracking Segment with an example.  Please don't copy paste any material or documents as I have lot of docs.

But I need a real example with if I enable what will happen, If dont enable Secondary Tracking segment what will happen.  Can some one reply with atleast one scenario with example.
