LCM not working / initiating

Our LCM stopped working after applying the latest PSU's and CPU's, the Foundation log are giving us this message:

Failed to initialize LCM. Root cause is  [MESSAGE - com.hyperion.lcm.common.manager.ManagerException: Cannot retrieve application metadata from Shared Services Registry PRODUCT. Nested exception is [MESSAGE - java.lang.NullPointerException, LCM METHOD CALL - com.hyperion.lcm.handler.RegistrationHandler.getProductFileName(317), ROOT CAUSE - java.io.File.<init>(222)] ., ROOT CAUSE - com.hyperion.lcm.common.resource.ResourcesCache.populateProductInfo(57)] Nested exception is  [MESSAGE - com.hyperion.lcm.common.manager.ManagerException: Cannot retrieve application metadata from Shared Services Registry PRODUCT.
