While creating a project, in Candidate score and search settings, the start organisation is not comi

Hi all,

While creating a project in the new instance with set ups just done, in Candidate Score and search setting tab i am not getting the Start organisation LOV. I have checked with my Organisation hierarchy setups and it looks fine.

Could anyone please suggest any solution for the problem.

The start organisation given in the implementation setups is Operating Unit.

I have attached a screen shot of how the error is showing up.
