SM agent not running properly after server reboot

We have 5 web-logic servers working as production JDE HTML farm in load balancer.

They reboot every night with scheduled reboot script.

This has happened a couple of times now, the agent service for few of the servers are not coming up properly after the reboot.

Today morning I checked SM console and found that agent homes were down for 2 servers, although HTML instances were up and running and users were getting connected.

When I connected to the server, i see the windows service for the agents(SM_Agent) were in running status but as I said SM Console wasn't reading them.
