Teardown WO to deconfigure product

Hi,

We have configured product being built as required by customers, so now the product has been assembled and ready to ship but suddenly customers will cancel the sales order. Due to cancellation of sales order the configured product has to be de-configured so that we have all the components into its location. We created work order and done reversal for the quantity produced so that all the components will be reversed. now  the problem is with routing since  the reversal of work order the routing hours are getting negative.

How to get this resolved any idea.
