SFTP from oracle to internal DMZ server via BI adminstration

Hello all ,

After recent UCM change with oracle, we have an oracle BI extract that is being extracted to oracle internal sftp server and them uploaded to a different system. now that oracle is not supporting the internal sftp any more, we opened a new dmz server, and the user can access the instance via the key that is generate inside oracle bi. The issue here is when we are configuring oracle sftp options with our dmz server its asking for a password ( even i select a private key option it is still looking for a password), we dont have any
