JDE E1 9.2 DBA Source of Calc Y not working with Basis of Calc another DBA

I've set up an Accrual DBA to calculate 100% of the YTD of another DBA.  The DBA in the Basis of Calc is a lower number than the Accrual DBA.  The Accrual DBA is calculating, but it is using the current amount of the DBA in the Basis of Calc, rather than the YTD.  If I change the DBA's Basis of Calc to be a Pay Type rather than a DBA, the Accrual DBA works fine.  It calculates on the YTD of the Pay Type.

I've not used this Source of Calculation for some time, and I'm not sure if this is a set up issue, a bug or working as designed.
