BSSV on 9.2

Hello Folks,

We have jde 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.1 on Solaris box 11. But for BSSV we have separate server on windows server 2012 with weblogic 12.1.3

we configured the bssv server as per the master bssv document. But when we submitted BSSV update package the report come out with in 2 min with state successful. 

But in the directory no .ear file created and also all sbf and sbfjar file is empty.

Kindly help me out to this critical problem as this is very imp for me.
