R12.1.3 Web ADI - Seeded Templates and Patches?

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3. Trying to Implement Web ADI. How do we know what seeded templates are available in Oracle EBS HR so we can tell the users what they can and they cannot do with various fields in People and Assignment forms? 

Also, what are all the mandatory patches that we will be needing to implement Web ADI?  When i tried implementing few examples, i did not find the need for any patches...I thought someone over here might have implemented way back, and will be sharing the information?

Any practical and correct answers greatly appreciated.
