Keep getting COSE#1000 Timeouts

Apps: 9.1Tools: 9.2.0.5
DB: Oracle 12c (ODA)
We are noticing multiple timeouts in our web sessions for different users and different process. Not related to any BSFN in particular.
This has been increasing lately and it becomes very difficult to diagnose since when users receive the timeout/app failure, if they logout and enter again, by attaching to a different COK the issue is no longer replicable.
Timeout example (BSFN that fails is not always the same):
