Hi to all!

Please remember to add information on the following KEY FACTORs which are needed to provide the best and fastest assistance.

There are a lot of version, platform and HW type factors that will quickly

reduce the number of potential issues you are encountering if you include the following

1) HW type:

   X7-2 HA   X6-2 HA   X5-2  X4-2 X3-2 V1

   X7-2S  X7-2M  X6-2S  X6-2M  X6-2L

Bare Metal or Virtual Platform?

Commands
   oakcli show env_hw

     -or-
   odaadmcli show server
   odacli describe-component
