JDE 9.2-ST/OT Shipped but not Received

Client would like to be able to see all Shipped product that hasn't yet been received (To determine items that are in-transit). Client is not using the in-transit on P4205 or receipt routing. Are there any standard reports that will show quantities that have been shipped but not received? If not can this be accomplished with a One View Report or some type of UDO?
