Unclosing WO does not reverse job close variance

Hello,

We are on 12.2.3 and use standard costing and use Oracle Work In Process module.

When you close a WO , the job close variance is generated.However if we unclose the same WO , the job close variance entry is no reversed .Is this standard functionality?
