Smart View - Reporting and Analysis Framework connecting to an HTTPS URL

In Smart View (version 11.1.2.5.610), when using our secure (HTTPS / SSL) URL, users can connect to our HFM (version 11.1.2.4.000) application and run ad-hoc analysis reports, but when they go to "Reporting and Analysis Framework", none of our reports show up (it just shows the location of the report list [URL]/raframework/browse/listXML).

Swapping out the URL for the non-HTTPS (not encrypted with SSL) address successfully displays the report list:

If I go directly to the secured HTTPS report list address it returns the XML data about the reports (that I assume should be consumed by Smart View), the only thing that doesn't look right is the <url> fields in data in the XML data starts with an "http" URL instead of an "https".
