What are the consequences of inactivating Siebel vanilla web services?

Hi,

We are doing an exercise to identify unused Siebel vanilla web services and inactivate those to improve system performance.

Has anyone done this exercise before? What are the consequences of inactivating Siebel vanilla web services?

Is it feasible to do so?
