Choose any Bill TO customer in Service Contract

Hi,

In Order Management, If we select OM System Parameters value "Customer Relationship" as 'All Customers' then we can choose any customer in Bill To of sales order. It is not needed to have a customer relationship present between the customer of the sales order and the BILL TO customer.

Do we have similar feature in Service contract?
