Task summary: cost sub tab tab personalization at site level

Dear Experts,

We have created and Saved new "saved search" view (with columns we need from the list of available ones) from 'Personalise' button available for some data tables in task summary: Cost sub-tab, for example.

But, we dont know how to make this saved tabled view visible to all users (to set at site level). Currently I can only see from my login not everybody, even after set it at site under personalize layout from  Personalize Flow Layout: (TaskCostSummaryTab)?

Please advise if any other steps to do for site level visibility to all users as default when they navigate to below path from their project in Planning and control module:
