Fix Inspect form is not initialized from Portlet Form

I have Portlet Form and I am creating E1 Page for that portlet and try to initialize on JDE home page when the user gets log in.

While initializing Portlet form, I am calling one fix/inspect form and after user clicks on Agree button from Fix/Inspect form, it will pass to Portlet Form.

It is not happening when it gets initialized from E1 Page.

When I try to execute stand alone of Portlet form, it is calling fix/inspect form.

Could you please advise, how to take it with E1 Page.
