While applying the ASI TR 9.2.2.1 getting the error "Get Service Pack Release (B9 9.2)"

Hello all,

I am upgrading TR 9.2.0.3 to 9.2.2.1  AR 9.2.

I have applied the planner ESU & enhancement ESU

When I was applying the ASI of TR 9.2.2.1 (TL9221001) using change assistant, but getting the following errors:

Please assist me on this.
