P4113 IT out of balance - one sided T only

What is best way to fix out of balance IT transaction where the first line of the transaction From side  didn't get written to F4111 and shows a blank value and out of balance.

Unable to delete or reverse the line from the IT transaction.  Is there a way to fix it through the application or must we fix with SQL? And which tables?
