ARI_PRINT_NOTIFICATION_PROCESS doesn't seem to be working

Hello,

Within iReceivable Internal/External user Print sends notification but cannot see context which goes to exception page. Also at the same time the template logo shows fine for internal users using print view but shows blank for external users.

Print requests completed for LEAK DONALD M (18604522, 1 requests)

Please help.
