Prereq for MFS MP setup

I have the following questions on MFS MP in 12.2.4:

Just to download the Windows laptop application without any CRM Resource creation what is required?

My understanding:

1. Oracle MFS responsibility or a custom resp with Field Service or Field Service/Palm as application and should be associated with the ASG: Enable Mobile User and CSM: Enable MP with a value of YES

A user with a user id and above responsibility association should be able to download the MFS app without any resource creation or setup - Is that correct? or do we have any other criteria?

2. Only for logging into the MFS MP, user should be created as a CRM Resource with
