iRecruitment Vacancies

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are on 12.1.3. We were wondering if anyone has figured out a way to pool candidates by title in iRecruitment Manager/Recruiter? Note that the business requires separate vacancies to be created by department (vs saying we have 4 positions open). They just want to be able to view all candidates  for all vacancies for a certain job title.

Any guidance on whether it's possible or if someone ahs done it, that would be great.
