Server Manager Login issue

Hi Team,

I am getting error as 'Unable to validate supplied credentials' when trying to login to Server Manager console. Also getting the below error in the the domain log.

[com.jdedwards.mgmt.security.UserManager:getUserRoles] Determing the roles assigned to the user 'jde_admin'.>
