TP0815017 Template for HCIR Form Data XML

Hi,

I need the TP0815017 template so that I can complete the setup for ACA XML File Generation Including Proper File Naming And Checksum / Byte Size (Doc ID 2131023.1).

For some reason, the TP0815016 is not in our system yet even after the latest ESU was applied.
