Configuration to prevent employee from entering more than 100% for beneficiary or beneficiaries?

Where is the configuration to prevent an employee from entering beneficiary percentages that total more than 100% (as seen in the example for the Primary beneficiary below)?  We are on OracleEBS, v 12.1.3

Example:

Beneficiaries             Type                   %                         Relationship

Ben #1                   Primary                100                         Spouse

Ben #2                   Primary                100                         Parent

Ben #3                   Contingent           100                         Sister
