Move order tasks appearing in ISO tasks

hi All ,

we have customized menus for ISO and move order tasks, we are having an issue where move oeder tasks are appearing in ISO tasks , what can be the issue.

Task types have been defined to move order issue and pick. Has any one faced this issue
