Upgrade to Scz7.3 failed - Acme packet SBC 4500 with software version Scx6.3

Hello Everybody,

Need your help.

I have a SBC 4500 with software version Scx6.3 and I tried to make upgrade to Scz7.3. First I perform an upgrade to version Scx6.4 and it works well.

But second step to Scz7.3 failed after last reboot. I follow this Doc ID 2184017.1 and all prerequisite (bootloader update, stage 1 and 2 update ) have been done but after last reboot it failed.

I also need to know if it recommended to put Scz7.3 software file to /boot directory beacause I put this file in /code/images directory and only kept bootloader file in /boot file. Give me a good clarification on this point.
